For any undamaged product, simply return it with the original packaging along with the original receipt and original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
If a Product is damaged, incorrect or faulty, you should contact us within 7 days at online@tangola.com.au to arrange your return or exchange.
